  • Eesa Limbada
    Eesa Limbada
Civil Engineering Technologist - City of Cape Town

Eesa boasts over nine years’ experience focussed on the analysis, design, construction and maintenance of civil engineering hydraulic infrastructure.

His current responsibilities include coordination of infrastructure development (in both the public and private environments), implementation of asset management principles, design approvals, construction management, and mentoring of staff.

Eesa believes that BIM could be a valuable tool in the design and management of multi-disciplinary complex projects, and that modelling underground engineering infrastructure using design software can go a long way in developing accuracy and allowing project managers to understand the impacts of top-structures on underground infrastructure, improve risk management strategies, sustain improved communication between various stakeholders, and allow for provision of clear, quality reporting to clients and end-users.
